What we’ll do
Forum Biotopia will be a space where social and political questions are collectively reflected. We look forward to the works of the applied and fine artists, performers and cultural workers that will create new perspectives and challenging possibilities by introducing utopia through practical ideas. We invite you to join our workshops and talks with the aim to discuss and reflect together on subcultural events.

Where we will be
Biotopia is a temporary and ungoverned model country with open borders situated at the Wiener Prater. The specific location is called CREAU. CREAU is a project by the agency for temporary use “NEST” in cooperation with multiple cultural promoters. A part of the stables of the harness racing track offers a large indoor and outdoor area for events of the fields arts, music and culture. Until the end of September 2018 a wide variety of events will be hold on this huge area.

Forum Biotopia is organised by Tanz durch den Tag. Tanz durch den Tag is an initiative founded by art and cultural creators to make public spaces visible and tangible with all senses. Since 2010 open air events are hosted to enrich urban areas with dance, arts and culture.

As the Forum Biotopia is free of charge you don’t have to book this experience but you are invited to visit us at Option 2.0’s narrative networking office directly on site.
